What we collect

• Enquiry forms: your name, email, phone (optional), how you found us and your message.
• Direct contact: whatever you share with us by email, phone, WhatsApp or social media.
• Website usage: anonymous statistics through Google Analytics, only with your consent.

Why we use it

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal for your event.
• To organise and deliver the performance you booked.
• To keep the invoices and records required by Greek tax law.
• To understand how visitors use the website and improve it, with your consent.

We never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Who we share it with

Only with the services that help us run the website and our work: our website host (WordPress.com), our email provider, Google (Analytics and the Google reviews shown on the site) and our accountant for invoicing. Some providers may process data outside the EU under the safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for up to three years after our last contact. Data connected to a booking and its invoice is kept for as long as Greek tax law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to withdraw your consent. Simply write to events@vproject.gr. You may also lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority, dpa.gr.

Content & intellectual property

All content on this website (photographs, videos, texts, show concepts, choreography, costume designs, logo and branding) belongs to VProject Entertainment or is used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without our written consent.

Information & proposals

The descriptions of our acts and services are for general information. Every event is tailored, so availability, line-up and pricing are confirmed only in a written proposal and agreement.

This website may link to other sites, such as social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Liability & law

We take care to keep the website accurate and available, but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. These terms are governed by Greek law and the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.
